06 DAY 1

LEARN ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

SESSION 1

Research the behavior of customers coming to English Town by solving 3 situations:

• Customers comment on products at English Town normally, everywhere such as: flexible study time, 100% English environment...
• Customers criticize problems such as: How bad is the teacher's pronunciation? How long has this student studied and can't say anything?
• Customers require: In the contract, do you clearly state that you can learn English, no guarantee that after 1 year, you will have IELTS 6.5?

Actively approach products and services at English Town by following these steps:

SESSION 2

EXAMPLE

• Step 1: Research products and services at English Town based on available Brief.

• Step 2: Make a table describing the questions:
1. How many levels is the program at ET divided into? How long does each level last?
2. How many types of layers are there? What function does the inside Class have? What function does the Outside Class have?
3. What is the class schedule like?

• Step 3: For each of the following customer groups, if you could only choose 3 features of the product to introduce, which would you choose?
1. Officer worker
2. Student
3. Elderly people
4. Housewives
5. Business owner
6. Studying abroad/Immigration

DAY 2

COMPLETE PRODUCTS CONSULTANCY

SESSION 1

Listen to the old EC's online consultations and draw from the following experiences:

• How many EC customers need to be taken care of by telesales?
• How to greet each group of customers
• What is the reason for this call?
• List the steps to take care of Old Contact
• List the steps to take care of the Student

SESSION 2

Build a consulting script:

• Collect basic customer information, make a first impression.
• Product consultation
• Solve customer's problems and questions
• Closing

DAY 3

BUILDING A LEARNING PATH FOR EVERY CUSTOMER

SESSION 1

The story of successful English learning and building a reasonable learning path for each subject:

• What factors help customers learn well? For example: patience, hard work, reasonable learning path, suitable learning environment, effective learning methods?
• Explain why these are important factors in learning English?

SESSION 2

Complete consultations for each type of customer.

• Ask for information
• Product
• Customer success
• Closing sales

ROLE-PLAY SPECIFIC SITUATIONS

SESSION 1

SESSION 2

Summarize the IMPORTANT things to include in the sale' scripts.

Randomly consult the required subjects according:

• IT
• Sales of real estate, insurance
• Personnel
• Final year students
• Gas station owner
• Owner of a chemical store
• ...

DAY 5

CHALLENGE TO MAKE EC 1 DAY

SESSION 1

• Review your consultation.
• Draw your own experience.
• Imagine calling 3 specific clients, and rewriting scripts.

SESSION 2

Set personal goals:

• Set yourself daily/weekly/monthly goals for your work: number of calls, number of visitors, sales.
• How do you upgrade yourself every day? Learn from whom?

Receive random problems from Leader, advise from A to Z like when consulting for a real customer.
Chat directly with the Student at ET, taking note of each person's needs and goals.
If you pass the test - the assessment will be guided to use the CRM system and customer care process - students at English Town.
